The Examiner provided his Agenda and Questions for the Public Examination of the Neighbourhood Plan on 18th February. This made it clear his main concerns were to  understand the Housing Data quoted in the Plan and their implications for future forward planning in terms of housing provision required in the Neighbourhood Plan Area.  Also to test whether the Local Green Spaces chosen in the Plan met the criteria for the additional level of protection which will be afforded them by being designated Local Green Spaces. The Steering Group has now completed an up to date summary of net Housing Units either built or given permission in the period 2015-2019. This can be located on the CCWNP Website under the Examination Section. The Steering Group has agreed a Statement of Common Ground on the Housing Figures that will be quoted at the hearing, in order to focus on the key strategic issues at the examination.

The Examination is currently scheduled to run from 10am on Tuesday March 10th at the Soper Hall.   Although this is an examination in public, contributions will be restricted to those invited by the Examiner.  Nevertheless, local residents will be made welcome as observers and provided with refreshments.
