We have been working hard during the last six weeks on providing the examiner with updated information on the local Green Spaces we have chosen  to preserve and also updating him on the Housing  consents that have been given in the in the Neighbourhood Plan area between 2015 and the end of 2019. The Examiner needs this information in advance of the Public Examination on the Plan, which will take place at the Soper Hall on March 10th.

I have still to hear what the agenda is for this meeting but will publicise this the moment I get it, hopefully this week. I do know, however, that the examiner has already visited the area to familiarise himself with the development situation. I hear from Tandridge that he is very pleased with all the work that has been going on which he says will make the examination much easier to conduct.

I would also like to thank all those who have been working hard during the last few weeks to satisfy the examiner’s requirements.

Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group Chair.
