Neighbourhood Plans play a crucial role in setting design standards to reflect local character and preferences about the form and appearance of local development.

Now is a time of great change, and this document, which was nine years in the making, was always intended to be a living and evolving tool for the local community to use to ensure the all local development initiatives are considered objectively, scientifically and fairly.

With this in mind, this section of the website will provide up to date information showing how the plan is being used and how it evolves over time.
